11th Aug: DJ session was conducted for the youths at Patan Durbar Square by DJ Gill (From UK) on the occasion of International Youth day with Hi-Tea.
22nd Sept: Fellowship lunch with the 5 International Rotarians including PDG from USA and Israeli Ambassador at Mentor’s residence
26th Sept: Club Souvenir and bulletin were sent to R.C Pokhara Mid-Town and R.C Pokhara Fishtail  
(20th October) Circulation of mail regarding vote for Shanti Sewa Griha in BBC World Challenge 
(25th Oct.): guided Rtn. Eileen and other International Guests
(9th Nov.): Fellowship with newly inducted members Fellowship with the Officers of Helpless Children Organization in Lamjung.
(18th Oct)12th July: Fellowship Basketball match was conducted with Rotaract Club of Patan West
21st Aug: Fellowship with Rotaract Club Pokhara Fishtail along with Club Goodwill Ambassador
27th Sept: Hi-Tea party and cultural program was organized jointly with Rotaract Club of Patan West and Interact Club of Kathmandu Mid-Town at Swapna Vatika Academy, Buddhanagar
Educational Tour Concert was conducted jointly with Rotaract Club of Damauli with Club Goodwill Ambassador Nirnaya Shrestha at Damauli. (21st Nov.)
 (18th Oct): Fellowship breakfast was attended with the members of Lamjung.On the same day Fellowship Lunch was done with the Rotaracts of Lamjung.

Club Installation:
(29thJune): 11th Annual installation of Rotaract Club of Kathmandu Mid-Town was held at Sanchatena Primary School, Special Chief Guest Shoji Azuma (WCS Chair Person RI District 2680) and Israeli Ambassador HE Mr. Dan Stav along with other dignitaries.Club appointed Ciney Gurung and Nirnaya Shrestha (singers) as Club’s Goodwill Ambassador for Rota Year 2008-09. 
(16th Aug): 1st Club Assembly (Meeting no.263) was held at Sanchatena Primary School,Dhobighat 

Interaction Program:27th June: Interaction with the officers of ICIMOD at Godawari
13th Sept: Interaction with the youths of Naikap Yuva Club
22nd Sept: Interaction with Rtn. Bishnu of Rotary Club of New Baneshwor and had discussion regarding Formation of New Rotaract Club.
23rd Sept: Interaction with the Rotarians from Rotary Club of Fidalgo Island Washington, RI District 5050, USA at Mentor/ Advisor Rtn. Dr. Chandra Lekha Tuladhar’s residence Pulchowk
(18th Oct)Interaction was done with the Chairman of Conflict Affected and Helpless Organization

(4th Jan): With Sincere Sympathy Heartfelt Condolence given to (Rotary Dist. Secretary) Rtn. Ram Pd. Joshi's on the sudden and untimely demise of his spouse.

6th Aug: Meeting with the 5 NGOs of Nepal regarding Concern for Youths Environment and Climate change project at Patan.
14th June: District Assembly was attended
1st July: President and IPP volunteered in the Inaguration Program of New RI District 3292.
5th July: monitored the Swimming Program at Americian Mission Association (Phora Durbar).
1st Aug: Attended and assisted in the 19th Parent Rotary Club Installation held at Hotel Shankar
23rd Aug: 19 members and 2 Club Ambassadors attended the District award ceremony 2007-08

SUPERVISION AND VISITS: 
(16th Dec.): Observation visit of Slum Area was made regarding construction and maintenance of classroom & toilet & Safety Tank of Mechi Kali School at Bagmati Slum Area along with Mentor/Advisor Rtn. Dr. Chandra Lekha Ma'am.

Celebrated the12 Chartered day of the club (6th Nov).

Club Officers Training Session (COTS):Club Officers Training Session was organized for the new Board Members Zonal COTS (Zone5) was attended by the members at Rotary Hall, Thapathali. (30th Aug)
 
Rotaract District Awards
Rotaract Club of Kathmandu Mid-town Participated in the District Awards Jointly organised by Rotaract Club of Thamel and RC Himalayan Patan.The program was inaugrated with official message from DRR Anil Shrestha. Rotaract Club of Kathmandu mid-town was awarded as 3rd best club along with first community avenue and partners in service.
